Black Bean Beef Hor Fun ($6) from HK Mong Kok Kui Ji Kitchen. We added the chili on our own.
We are regulars at this stall. This is our usual order whenever we're here. We enjoyed this thoroughly as the dish had wok hei, beef was tender, sauce was fragrant and horfun was not mushy. The portion was big enough for two. They have an extensive menu and have most of the dishes that tzechar places do. We enjoy their salt and pepper tofu too, though unpictured. The stallholders are very friendly and if you don't know what to order, they will be more than willing to recommend their food.
